These diets are automatically generated and computers (or rather the people who program them) can make errors. Therefore, if you try one of these diets you should manually check its nutritional content and compare it manually to your own needs. You should also carefully monitor your health while trying it out, and perhaps not depend on one of these diets long term.
Also remember that at the moment all nutritional intakes are based on the needs of a 30yr old male. Yours may be very different and the generated diets may be completely wrong for you.
